George and his team are experienced builders, replaced my front door with a custom frame/sidelights and raising the floor level in the hallway quite quickly - in fact, they were the only who came next day, gave a quote straightaway and were ready to start in just couple of days. Done the job that was required
This young man is a trained carpenter, and is probably very skilled. But his tile laying is poor. I could have done a better job myself. I had to pull some up and reglue them as he used the wrong glue. The pattern was all over the place and he put tiny strips along the door way, so that of course they have come up.
After completing the work, this tradesman was not up to our expectations nor the spec that he quoted on. He under delivered on the quality and cut costly corners, only for us to pick up the pieces, cannot possibly recommend this tradesman!

I want to rate 0 but I don’t have that option because this tradesman doesn’t deserve one star. He left the job undone after we paid him thinking he will complete the job. We have called his phone every day and have gotten no response, he doesn’t reply his text messages. Quite frankly we are considering legal action against this tradesman. He had the keys to our home for one month and still did not complete the a job that would take him one week. Any advice on how to take legal action? 100% unprofessional
