I must say that that I was very impressed with my dealings with ASG from start to finish. Arrived promptly on time both for quotation and when work started, was also happy to quote and carry out a small job for an elderly neighbour of mine. Prices competitive and jobs were given straight away. Work carried out to a very high specification,all mess cleared up and also social distancing respected. Nice guy but let me down terribly. I needed 3 rooms to have new ceilings. A messy job and taking the old ones down was fine, but they ran out of time, failed to complete the job leaving gaps in the plaster on the walls and failed to skim the plaster board on the ceilings. Shocking result- they were too concerned about the large job they had and left my rooms in a shocking state.

After 3 appointments to come and have a look and the third appointment with no contact made, we had to look elsewhere. Would not rate at all but won't let me do no stars.

Did work which was described. Thought extra was a bit expensive so didn’t go ahead. Came down in price as soon as I said it was too expensive. Stated the tiles were and felt were loose. I saw from the picture it was just the end cap that had moved and was no problem. Stated he would have needed to reset it and if not it would leak. I had a new roof done within the past 5 years.

I am giving 1 star for turning up .my problems still exist Daniel said he fixed the leaking water and sorted out guttering but there's still water coming in house and guttering is still leaking didn't give any paperwork of 15 year guarantee once full payment made,I have tried again and again for him to still fix the problem he said he would but hasn't turned up avoid this guy
