I would appreciate confirmation that the cap fitted is compliant with gas regulations as requested. More care to be prevented going down the flue. Otherwise fine and I would happily use the again.

We can not recommend this company highly enough as the work has been completed now and was done quickly and very efficiently with the minimum of fuss. At the start the job was explained efficiently with no boring jargon. The staff completed the job that required heavy lifting and careful thought and now we have the window we wanted, which is huge, and the room was left totally neat and tidy. The sales person, Mark went through everything in meticulous detail. The team who fitted it did it in one day and the price was very reasonable. I was over the moon with this. We have had some bad weather in the last couple of weeks and so far everything seems OK. I would also say the house feels a little warmer already!

Received an immediate response to a leak that had become critical on New Year's Eve. John & team came out straight away, put measures in place to prevent the situation worsening and gave a very thorough assessment of the job at a good price. As soon as my insurance claim was granted the work was completed quickly. The leak was not only remedied but the bathroom plumbing restored to a much more reliable and secure standard. Superb job, the light now flooding into the garden will make the difference between awful grass and no flowers to warm and lush place to be. The guys were great, lovely chaps and you wouldn’t know they had been here - well apart from now seeing the sky over the back corner of the garden!
