Had a quote for roof repair which included for 1 missing tile, re fitting existing tiles, repairing flashing and gutter cleaning did not accept quote. On advice from another roofer just had the one missing tile replaced since there was no evidence of any leaks inside the loft or 2nd floor ceilings.

Rubbertech is a family run business which specialises in flat roofs. And waterproofing them with firestone EPDM Rubber membrane. Most flat roofs can be done in one single sheet with no need for any joins. The membrane has a life expectancy of 40+ years. I have public liability insurance upto 1 million pounds from mmac and if you want the policy number please ask and I will be happy to provide it

Been in the trade since 1978, cover all aspects of roofing,leadwork,zinc,single ply membranes,upvc fascias and gutters, done some prestigeous jobs in my carer including the British Libriary at kings cross and the Queens Chapel at St James park,London and various other contracts large and small, i am a holder of a CSCS card with qualifications stated, for 12 years i worked for a company as a contracts manager so i have done both sides of my trade including quoting,and invoicing on jobs to the value of 200k. My knowledge of roofing is second to none and would always try to save the customer money,and you can only do that with experiance even on smaller jobs as well as the largest ones. Re roofing is my speaciality as i like to see the transformation from old to new. Any one who chooses my company will be in compitant hands as i treat every job as it is mine. Kind Regards Andy Ison

Dillon was the last person to quote and despite being the youngest, he immediately inspired confidence by his courteous and friendly manner. I had no hesitation in giving him the work and he did not disappoint me. He worked diligently, kept me informed at all times, did not make any fuss about any issues he encountered, did not ask for payment upfront, tidied up after the work and did the work to a high standard. I would have no hesitation in recommending Dillon and would gladly use him again.
