Employed to replace extension roof tiles felt and batons. Right from the starting communication , I cannot explain how good the communication has been which leaves you confident your job is going to be done well. I had this roof replaced in February and it has failed already. The company I used was via Rated people. Not sure why I used this app again, given my experience, but I did. Gus has replaced this and my other flat roof. He carried out the job promptly and cleared up completely. So far, I think he has done a great job. The leaks have stopped. Assuming the roof doesn't fail again, I would recommend Gus without hesitation. I will return to update my review in a year's time when I hope there will be no problems

Turned up straight away and fixed the leak in my roof the next day. Just what was needed to save us getting wet! He also did some other repairs to make sure we're water-tight over the winter. Thanks

Phase 1 nearing completion and scores 10:10 Excellent team under Joe Kerr - they can all think on the run which is vital with a renovation project. Phase 2 will start in a couple of weeks and in the meantime we have already recommended to close friends with the two projects running alongside. No hesitation in highest recommendations.

Absolutely fabulous. It was a very tricky job which, along with the various complications and options, was explained in detail. The work was done to a high standard and when complications did occur Carl stayed late to make sure they were remedied. If the opportunity arises I will certainly be recommending Carl to others and if I need a plasterer in the future he will be the man i will be calling. Incidentally he is a really nice guy.

Very professional, came out quickly to price up and then arranged the day when the work was done. The insurance company messed us about but The Roof Doctor sorted out our issue and cleaned everything up afterwards. We are very happy with the work.

Gary and his team have done a fantastic job installing a new roof, fitting new guttering, along with sofits and facias, His quote was the best value and most honest from the many we had, Gary kept us informed of the progress throughout the installation, he kept his work area tidy and left no mess when the job was completed. I would definitely recommend Gary and his team for all the services he has to offer, he's a lovely genuine guy that goes the extra mile for his customers.
