This person is totally unreliable, Supposed to have fixed the leak. The Next day when it rained the rain still poured into my conservatory. I have tried Seven times to contact him and NO REPLIES My emails are tracked and show he has opened everyone. So took my money and ran. The owners of this website have been helpful by supplying his details and I will pursue him RATED PEOPLE are genuine, The person here Khan Ulmar. DO NOT USE

Dont use this man. He told me he had re-felted a dormer roof, when it was leaking 6 months later he tried to deny responsibility. When faced with photo evidence he accepted responsibility said he would sort it out then no further communication. A total con man!

We're lucky to own a large and beautiful property and we are very particular who we choose to carry out improvements. Dave and his team were absolutely superb. Their work was impeccable and very artistic. They worked all hours to complete the job and we have no hesitation in recommending them.

Julian at Beauchief was both professional in his approach and diligent in his work. Communication was very good both talking through the job / options and during, with regular photos updating progress. I would have no hesitation in using him again.

I sent Steve £890 after he came to measure up so he could buy materials for my job. After 6 weeks of numerous delays and excuses he's now completely stopped texting back and won't answer my calls. I've no choice now but to go through the small claims court to try and get the money back. Really disappointing. (Steve if you're reading this please reach out, it's not too late to fix it and get the job finished)

In October, quoted £800 to level and turf 80 sqm. Left the soil to harden. He came in April and remeasured. This time, it magically increased to 96 sqm and wanted £960. After completing without any levelling, there was still an area left. When asked to lay the excess turf in the truck, said it is for another customer and left. When I measured the turfed area, it came to 81 sqm. Contacted him to return the 15 sqm, wants another £200. Now asking not to contact, so leaving this feedback. Untrustworthy workman.

Quick response - the decking was a trip hazard so needed a quick fix. Friendly efficient service with helpful advice. Acknowledged the work is a short term fix, the joists and joints will need replacing eventually.

Turned up and worked hard, sometimes in really bad weather. Removed years of undergrowth and left us with a garden that will be a lot easier to maintain. Left everything clean and tidy.Really friendly team who worked around our holidays to leave us with a good lawn.

Lowes Construction installed a bathroom for us initially the work appeared to be good but he took 4 times the length of time quoted, he asked for his money leaving some of the jobs unfinished and then would not respond to our calls, e mails or letters asking when the work would be finished. When notified that the shower leaked, sinks were incorrectly positioned, damaged panel not replaced. he did not return to repair any of the problems raised. I would not reccomend anyone to employ this company.
