Spencer at Pocock Developments project managed our work very well. From the fully detailed quote, to advising on any pricing changes and providing some extra plastering work - got to say everything was managed smoothly and transparently, and the one hiccup over the roof tiles was put right quickly. Plus we appreciated Myron and Ivan's eye for detail and managing their work around the weather. Our two dormers look great, so thanks Pocock Development and we'd definitely use them again ????

We are a family run company that was started by our father over 60 years ago and we still maintain our perfect reputation to this day. Which we carry out the repair work and plastering side of operations around the South Coast and have done for many years. As time has progressed through being in the plastering trade for so long we have found ourselves branching into other areas such as landscaping and small building work, which we’re always happy to look at. The benefit to this is that throughout our years we have built up trusted relationships with pretty much every trade there is. So if there’s a job that’s out of our realm of expertise we will have a contact of a quality tradesmen that we can call upon or pass on their details to our customers. Identified all leak issues and suitable fix. However, the pond still leaks after a follow up visit. Going to pay the same money to get a full restoration from another contractor.

I couldn't be happier with the service provided by the Kierda Construction. We renovated our porch, toilet and bathroom (completely gutted). Quote was clear. They have completed everything in a timely manner. During the works I wasn't at home, but they kept me updated on everything. Very respectful of the property and high quality work done.
