Sorry to add this bad report but I’ve waited quite a long time for Tom to come and amend his bad work. Still hasn’t come and is now ignoring all calls etc. First rainfall my patio has two areas, one side of the house the patio has a massive pool of water standing not draining away. I’ve repeatedly called and asked Tom to come. He came once and drilled a couple of holes, that hasn’t solved the problem. He is not responding to me now so I’m stuck with it. Paid a lot of money and so dissatisfied

A good job, expertly carried out, but not quite up to our expectations with clearing the debris. It took us two days to get the garden back to normal. The second phase of the order is yet to be done and I’m sure that they will satisfy our requirements.

Outstanding all round service doing a job we have needed done for a while. We would highly recommend them for their efficiency and pressional approach. After they assessed the work we needed, they got on with it and stayed until it was finished. They left everything so tidy too. Really impressed.

We needed a terrazzo floor removed, new tiles installed and a whole new kitchen+appliances installed. Mike and his team worked for just over two weeks start to finish. They showed up everyday and worked late to get the job done, any minor issues were sorted quickly. All the work was carried out to a high standard, the boys cleaned up everyday and gave us lots of helpful advice and suggestions throughout. We are extremely impressed with the whole team and we would definitely recommed these guys!

Rob and his team were excellent. On time, tidy, polite, came out with several solutions and most importantly, were very competitively priced. I will definitely use Rob and team again for future work. Amazing work guys!

Could not have worse experience. Took deposit, didn't show up on the day agreed without saying anything. Had to chase them up. Rearranged the date. They supplied the cheapest grass available, not the one I was promised. Eventually, they show up for half an hour, had all sorts of problems and left, despite had seen the job in person. Carl wanted to keep 300 pounds of my deposit for having done no work whatsoever. I never received my deposit back in full and I am taking him to Small Claims Court. Stay away!

John and his team have done a brilliant job. Highly professional and very considerate of our requirements. Nothing was too much for them and always very approachable. The site was kept tidy at all times, and the end result superb. Extremely impressed with every aspect of the project.

James has just finished work in my back garden and after my experience with James and his team I cannot recommend them highly enough. I am so happy with the end result and this is because James takes your vision of the job personally. Really happy. Good quote, sound advice, excellent communication. All in all an extremely professional service from honest, considerate and reliable tradesmen. John was fantastic when we had to delay the work for a few months and even kept to his original quote. The work done was to a very high standard and I couldn't be happier. We hired Gowan PM to decorate our first project of 7 apartments. They are so much more than your average tradesmen; multi skilled, (great tiling and bathroom installation) tidy (put our team to shame), when we changed a main colour they were fab and just took it in their stride. We forget to order materials so they collected it for us. The quality of the work is second to none and has been admired by all. I have no doubt that it will be their work will sell our project. A huge thank you, now our 1st choice.
