Used service for 2 years. Considered previous price increase of 25% substantial. We had to contact to ask re when starting for season to be told via email that was not providing our service in 2014. Poor communication and feel now treated with total disregard.

Ark Propert Developments were very professional in carry out the work required, at all times they kept us informed on progress and left the work area tidy when finishing each day and at the end of the job. Contacted Paul, turned up to inspect job when he said he would, returned for further discussion when we wanted to amend works. Arrived on the day to start work as planned. He and Daniel worked hard to replace drainage which proved no easy task due to age of our property. More than happy with service provided.
