Creative Rock is the specialist stone and hard landscaping side of my work using both traditional methods and high tech concrete and render overlays in the following examples: - Landscape design - Stone effect walls (internal and external) over most substrates. Most stone reproduction is possible both in texture and colour - Artificial rock creation - Steps and paths - Monoblocking - Stone masonry (stone repair, cleaning and lime pointing) - Waterfalls, ponds and water features - Stone effect signs and sculpting - Decking - Fencing RFT Services (stands for "Right First Time" - an aspect of Quality Systems which I bring to each job. Never ever ever would I recommend l. Initial meeting, very nice. Promised a lovely job. End result, disappointed. Left rubbish, and even, threw wood with nails, some shrubs, over the wall into my neighbours yard. £1600 ??. I was conned, and very stupid. Gates are squint, not fitted correctly. I’m even wondering if they were professional. Haven’t answered my call and blocked me on WhatsApp. So unhappy ,

Didnt turn up to quote twice. Then only wanted to do the part of the job not requiring planning approval. Tried to talk me into getting the work done then putting in the drop kerb at a later date (pointless as I still wouldnt have any legal access to the drive!) not that I had any confidence in him returning to do the 2nd part anyway. Would not hire this company.

If they can't or don't want the job, then please have the decency to let your customers know, so that they can arrange with other companies.

Terry asked to come and view the job, to rejuvenate an old flower bed, despite a detailed description and multiple photos. I spoke to my elderly (87yo) tenant and they were happy for him to come and take a look if he found it himself (via an open communal lawn) so I provided a Google Maps link with the location pinned. Terry then repeatedly knocked on her rear door until the tenant felt they had to answer it. He then asked if she had any £ in the house. I have spoken to him and he denies it.
