Speedily eliminating a number of possibilities he established that the fault lay with external wiring which appeared to have been damaged by rodents. Repaired. Left site tidy. Really pleased. I was apprehensive at first as I spoke to so many electricians and got so much info mixed up. Felix is very experienced and explained with clarity, which put my mind at ease.
