The Project Manager was also on hand to answer any questions I had and offered me adviced on how best to move forward. We ended up refurbishing our entire bathroom which is looking great now. Asked £75 to change a fuse, didn't have a fuse with him and connected door telephone wire I thought he will give us a quote first. He asked £75 and said that's going rate. After some heated conversation settled for £40. Won't recommend. I ended up fixing the problem, then realised new telephone only costs £25.
