Connor fitted 5 oak veneered doors and I’m extremely happy with the result. Connor had to do quite a bit of trimming and edging to the doors as the existing door casings were all out of alignment. Mian complaint is not the mistake but being ignored for months after. We quickly discovered cracks in the walls and ceilings which he did not come back and rectify. He also failed to notice some rising damp which he simply painted over . This damp then became visible and discoloured the wall. This meant that we had to pay for damp proofers to come and take the plaster off the wall Shahid painted and we are waiting for a different painter and decorator to come and re-do the job we paid Shahid to do.

Kriss arrived at the time we arranged with everything he needed to complete the job. He worked nonstop the whole of the day, I practically had to force a cup of tea down him.
