We got Kingston Surrey Construction in to undertake a full ensuite refurbishment after too many leaks and drips over the years. After a very log and unnecessarily complicated and long process to get any accurate information from, and when an appointment was finally scheduled - no one showed up, no one replied to messages and calls.
