Petre and his team were exceptional. He was able to complete the entire job including plumbing, complex fitting of worktops and three sided breakfast bar, splashbacks and hardwire electric installation in just three days and to a brilliant standard. The company is super responsive to emails and nothing is too much trouble. They are great at problem solving and the finish is first rate. Musa was polite and pleasant to deal with, but his team were extremely careless and messy, leaving everything- sofas, TV, bedding etc uncovered and the flat thick with dust after day 1. Flooring was laid with mismatched shades, as the supplier delivered some packs in a different colour, which the contractors should have noticed. I didn’t spot it at first due to the mess, but once cleaned the difference was obvious. Although we agreed on a price adjustment, I’ve been left with a patchy floor that’s not ideal
