The job was to cut back a severely overgrown patch of garden. Chris & his team, Adrian & Cosmin, gave me a competitive quote, after coming to visit the site to assess what needed to be done. Very disappointed with the vinyl flooring job we had done today. The silicone around the edges and sanitaryware was very poorly executed, with excess silicone on both the floor and skirting boards. As the tradesmen had not brought their own cleaning materials they used 4 of our own toilet rolls to clean up and several of our bin bags to remove waste. Waste was then left in our bins when I had paid for disposal. The whole thing has felt unprofessional and I'm sad about my whole experience with Rated People.

This company was hired by me about year and a half a go to install laminate flooring in two bedrooms and landing area. Prior to that I have used exactly same flooring but different installers for another bedroom with no issues. The flooring boards now became disjoint in many places which may be due to there being too large gaps left beneath the beading. They are refusing to fix and blame poor laminate quality!

Musa was polite and pleasant to deal with, but his team were extremely careless and messy, leaving everything- sofas, TV, bedding etc uncovered and the flat thick with dust after day 1. Flooring was laid with mismatched shades, as the supplier delivered some packs in a different colour, which the contractors should have noticed. I didn’t spot it at first due to the mess, but once cleaned the difference was obvious. Although we agreed on a price adjustment, I’ve been left with a patchy floor that’s not ideal
