I really recommend working with Kilani. My job turned out to be much more complicated than expected. It required much more work to put right shoddy work from previous contractor. But Kilani was good to his word, sticking to original price he quoted and going above and beyond to turn what was a total disaster into a lovely useable room. Alex and his Team at Kent Specialist Groundworks and Construction did a fantastic job with my back garden patio. I ended up doing the walkway to the garden. Very competitive costs as well. Positives were: - friendly & helpful - accommodated all our changes - good standard of work - stuck to Budget and I believe he genuinely did everything he could to help make our project affordable - has come back to investigate minor issues even after final payment There were some inevitable delays. Some were entirely our fault though - only improvement for future projects would be earlier warnings if delays foreseen.
