Joe was very professional, punctual, tidy and all at a competitive price! Very quick to respond to my request.. and was very straightforward and telling me how much exactly cost and with no hidden extras. The cat-flap installed looks amazing and works perfectly! Couldn’t have asked for more from Chris and his team. Excellent workmanship. Bespoke work done to better than imagined. A real craftsman who was a pleasure to have in my home. In addition to replacing the spot lights I asked Raef to replace my bathroom floors with LVT flooring. The result was excellent! The job was carried out to an exceptionally high standard with the minum of fuss or delay. Although not cheap, I am more than happy with the finished result, and would have no hesitation in contacting RT Property Services for any future jobs. Very Highly Recommended.

I have been in property development for 15 years and I have dealt with excellent tradesmen as well as bad tradesmen. I can categorically say that Shawn is one of the best tradesmen I have dealt with. He provided me with very competitive quote, completed job when he said he would and his finish is brilliant. His way of dealing with customers is clam and professional.He did not ask me for penny upfront and all was paid after he invoiced me having finished the job.

Excellent work done by the team at MK Construction. I had a complete breakdown of the cost of the job before they started and they have exceeded my expectations. They were always on time, very polite and left the area clean and tidy each evening. They kept me informed with photos showing each step of the job as they did it. I love before and after photos! I am extremely pleased with the quality of work they have done. Because of my experience, I can totally recommend this company.

Steve was the best priced roofer who came to view our job. He worked hard and efficiently. He was reliable and easy to contact. He came back to look at the roof again as the problem wasn’t fully fixed the first time. He did not charge me again for coming out twice

We couldn't fault Steve's work or his reliability. He made and fitted our back gate under terrible conditions heavy rain all day. He bought his own canopy and sheeting to enable him to continue working in the awful weather. We wish we had known about him prior to us having work done on our house renovtion. We wouldn't hesitate in recommending him or using him again.
