I had a professional experience from the first point of contact to the finish of the job. Jay & Jordan are both very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and stick to the agreement. It was a straight forward job, and that's exactly how they handled it. No complications. Handed over a clean and tidy site. Have asked them to quote for another job. Cannot recommend highly enough. The work was finished to a really high standard. They were really adaptable when the tiles we had ordered failed to arrive on time. They adjusted their plans and worked really hard to get the work done on time, without compromising on the quality of the finish. They were also really considerate of working around young children, and were very patient with little interruptions from a fascinated six year old!
John worked extremely hard to fulfil our brief & also had great vision when considering possibilities. He understood our needs and ensured all snagging was carried out before completion. All builders are currently pushed to the limit with supplies and staffing - John managed this to the best of his ability and was always polite, helpful and friendly.

Poor work. Chemfix wasn't mixed properly for gallows brackets and didn't set for over a week. The joiner didn't even know which joists required additional strength and I had to tell him what to do. Would not recommend.

Fedor and his team are polite, hard-working and extremely talented. It was a complicated job and Fedor handled it brilliantly. We are absolutely delighted with the beautiful London Stock brick wall that has been built.
