This guy can certainly tile a bathroom,any vanity units you want putting in Rich is your man,trustworthy,hardworking ,tea milk no sugar,jobs a goodun,one negative just make sure your tiles match perfectly cos if he doesn't notice them straight away and you do after fitting he won't replace without extra charge.Does extra mosaic tiling too just ask he won't bite :)

John is a really nice guy, I'd love to rate his actual work but after chasing for quotes for a few weeks I should have realised. I've been constantly chasing for three months to get the work complete. No option but to return insurance cheque for payment for the work I can't get completed and go through the whole process again with someone reliable. Shame as i said he seemed a really nice guy!.

He is a pleasant, keen and skilful handyman but he is not an experienced or qualified gardener. He cut my hedge very nicely and was willing to do anything I asked but I did not feel that I could confidently leave my plants in his hands and that he would know when to do whatever was needed. I am not sure but I think that he prefers handyman work to gardening.

This tradesman never turned up and said a few times he would call me back but never bothered, I’m not sure why people mess people about.

Awful service! Price and date agreed for the work and he never bothered to show up! Rang and left messages, emailed but no response and certainly no apology. Do not recommend.

Daniel and his Team are all very friendly. We hired them to undertake repair and replacement works to the fire doors at two of our homes and they completed everything to a high and compliant standard. We have since employed Belfords Construction for further project works which are going well. Happy to work with again.

Chris did an absolutely fabulous job in tidying up our old and tired kitchen. We only had a limited budget but Chris worked with us and came up with some great ideas that we would never thought of and sourced for us a lovely new sink, taps and extractor hood. His workmanship is top class. He is friendly and extremely professional. I would certainly recommend him. A fantastic job and I keep showing off my kitchen to friends and family. David is extremely hard working and a very pleasant, friendly and polite person. His decorating is first class l have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone needing a painting job. He is also very reasonably priced, all round top tradesman.

Very unreliable. Shane and his co-worker never turned up when agreed. The quality and finish of the bathrooms was very poor. The mastic and tiling were of very poor quality even after replacing it for the second time. The first shower tray cracked within days (poor quality of sourcing of materials), after the second one being fitted it flooded badly into the lounge below resulting in a new ceiling being required, the walls needing to be replastered and new carpets required. The bath handle was also broken. The quality of the grouting work was also extremely poor, with some areas not even grouted. Communication very poor. No responsibility or apology for all of the errors or issues. I would not recommend SN Plumbing and Tiling to anyone.
