I had a professional experience from the first point of contact to the finish of the job. Jay & Jordan are both very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and stick to the agreement. It was a straight forward job, and that's exactly how they handled it. No complications. Handed over a clean and tidy site. Have asked them to quote for another job. They took our diagrams, suggested improvements, and gave us a detailed quote competitive to 7 other providers. We gave our keys over and the work was completed 6 days later. I have no reservations whatsoever in recommending Rich and his team. The team were reliable, professional and the standard of their work was excellent. They were extremely considerate of the fact that we were living in the property at the time with children - they tidied up daily. Rich has a great positive attitude towards his work, which was reflected in his pragmatic approach to overcoming any issue that arose. James and Jack did a wonderful job and were professional at all times. Our house has always been a challenge for anybody working on it. Nothing is straight with the walls and floors running out all over the place. They both managed to find creative ways to overcome these challenges and the end result was a set of doors that fit perfectly and look spectacular. So much so, I've asked them to undertake more work on the property.
