There is only one word to describe Sydney and that is ‘ amazing’. From the start he took time to discuss what we wanted from the design to creating an en suite and refurbished our existing bathroom. He is very hard working and some days put in a lot of hours , he is professional, honest and reliable and did a great job paying particular attention to detail. If you’re lucky he sings while he works! I definitely recommend Sydney .

Great to work with offered design ideas and worked with council on technical approval. Quietly got on with work and finished on time and budget and were great to deal with. Absorbed changes without drama ! Thanks

Nigel was very quick in coming round to give us a quote and gave good advice on what would look good. He was very realiable and tidy and cleared up every evening which was great as we have a little boy who loved to see what was going on! Would recommend him to friends and will use him again. I am very satisfied with a quality of the work. The tradesperson explained me possible consequences of the job (since the wardrobe was attached to the ceiling, the floor and the walls I would need a decorator later on) before he started, was asking for my clarification on some details during the course of his work, Everything was done neatly, the tradesperson vacuumed the floor after he finished and removed the rubbish. I am definetely reecommending him.

Mr Goodman, was punctual for all appts before starting the job. He brought with him relevant colleagues, ie electrician and plumber. He started work last week and so far all is going very well. The only problems have been with deliveries, but this is not his fault.

Great work from Chris & the team. I asked for a quote for further work to be done, which they carried out. Cleaned everything throughout and end of each day. Won’t hesitate to use them again :-)

We have really appreciated the efficient and professional work from Tom. He delivered a very competative quote in a good timely manner, when we agreed on the contract he arrived on time, and his work was good and accurate. We wish we had used him from the start of the bathroom project as I'm sure we would have had an excellent job from start to finish. We would definitely recommend Tom again. Thank you.

Pete is a very reliable builder. He turned up on time, completed everything in the time agreed, and liased with building inspectors on our behalf. We would highly recccomend him and his team for anyone who who needs a reliable builder; who doesn't need supervision, and takes the stress out of contacting building inspectors. Excellent job, very happy.

Damion from swift & neatmuilttrader ltd was fantastic!! he came & viewed the chimney, gave me a very reasonable quote, also didn't make a fuss as some other roofers did!! did the work in under 30min.. excellent job, he very professional. will be using him again on other bits around the house! 5 Star.

Unbeatable I found quay builders via a google search and liked the work I see on his website. Christian and his grandfather. Designed and completed built in wardrobes, storage, and a computer desk in my loft. Literally can not recommend him enough. Really quick at what he does to a very high standard. Prices certainly unbeatable. Would not hesitate to have Christian back to do more work in my home. Very genuine guy. You will not be disappointed.

Called in the late morning, AWS turned up late afternoon, fixed one job, came back following morning and completed second. That's perfect service and I would recommend them with no reservations.
