I had a professional experience from the first point of contact to the finish of the job. Jay & Jordan are both very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and stick to the agreement. Blockops teams created and knocked through my kitchen wall into my living space adding an extension, and creating a downstairs bathroom. They did an amazing job. Ryan basically saved my bacon when my flat roof collapsed a week before I was due to go on holiday. His quote was very reasonable and he managed to shift some of his other jobs to come and replace both the roof and the ceiling two days after he gave me the quote. An itemised invoice was provided and updated after any change so I was always aware of my costs. The team he had working on my job were professional, punctual and very polite.
