I had a professional experience from the first point of contact to the finish of the job. Jay & Jordan are both very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and stick to the agreement. It was a straight forward job, and that's exactly how they handled it. No complications. Handed over a clean and tidy site. Have asked them to quote for another job. First time I have used rated people website and had just 1 reply. Apple Carpentry though have been great. We needed to have 2 large windows in a 1930s house replaced but didn't want to have UPVC. Communication from the Company was excellent and the finished product is outstanding. We would definitely recommend them to anybody wishing to have a high quality joinery project completed. Our windows look amazing and are exact copy of the old frames and they also managed to use the original lead glass.

Richard visited us in the evening at a time convenient for us and was professional, making the process easy for us. Throughout, Richard was very flexible (especially when we changed the plans). I would definitely recommend. I love the new porch, and it makes me smile when coming home. Dave was very helpful, and talked about what changes I might want, listened and came up with answers. He kept me in the loop throughout the build, and updates on when to expect him to arrive. I would have no hesitation in recommending him for any carpentry work based on the work he has done for me, so much so, I have asked him to quote for a couple of other jobs I need doing.
