I had a professional experience from the first point of contact to the finish of the job. Jay & Jordan are both very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and stick to the agreement. ETHAN WAS VERY HELPFUL COMPLETEDTHE SOIL PIPE WITH NO ISSUES VERY RESONABLE PRICE. HAD TO COME BACK TO DO MAIN STOPCOCK AFTER WELSH WATER DUG OUT OUT SIDE WATER MAINS. WE HAD A LEAKING KITCHEN TAP AND WHEN THEY TRIED PUTTING NEW VALVES IT WOULD NOT WORK. SO WE HAD TO GET NEW TAP .. FITTED NO PROBLEM. THEY CLEANED UP AFTER THEY COMPLETTED THE JOB.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS I can't recommend Tom. Previously TH&Jones Ltd he has changed the company name. He has left us with an extension that doesn't meet building regulations and needs to be taken down. Our house unsalable. I have an independent report to support it. Insufficient foundation, no damp course, insufficient insulation, incorrect installation of roof. He said he would rectify if we paid for 'things unquoted' but failed to show exactly what. We haven't heard from him in months. Stay away!!
