I had a professional experience from the first point of contact to the finish of the job. Jay & Jordan are both very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and stick to the agreement. It was a straight forward job, and that's exactly how they handled it. No complications. Handed over a clean and tidy site. Have asked them to quote for another job. DNC Carpentry and fit out was establish in 2014 by Dumitru Creanga who has over 20 years experience of site carpentry. We offer supply and fit services for kitchens and fitted wardrobes to maximize every millimeter of your space in high ceilings rooms, tailor-made wardrobes to fit exact contours of your space and sloping ceilings, understairs cupboards where storage space is just waiting to be created, landing and hallways creating storage where you didn't think you could have it. The company has over 20 experienced carpenters who have to demonstrate to meet DNC Carpentry and fit out high standards before being allowed to join the company. All of our carpenters hold CSCS cards as a minimum and undergo a continual programme of training. We're very proud of our products with an obsessive attention to joinery. When you buy a product, it's designed specifically for you. Nobody else. Your family, your lifestyle and to your rules. And rightly so; it's a big investment, a dream, in most cases. And one that we want to get IT right. Not only are our customers looked after by an experienced Designer, they're also cared for throughout the installation process by one of our Project Managers. Oli is superb. Tidy, conscious, and adaptable. He stripped out the plasterboard walls and studwork in our home prior to remodelling. He worked quickly and confidently and respected our home. Whilst stripping out he came across some asbestos and he dealt with it appropriately, contacting an asbestos registered colleague and bagging it up and safety removing it at a very reasonable cost. We plan on using him again soon

Really disappointing! Started off good, Mitchell got in touch and quoted for the job by the photos, he didn’t come out to quote. I was happy with the quote so I said go ahead and as he said he could do the job in 2 weeks I removed my post thinking great I’ve found the person for the job. 2 weeks later no sign of Mitchell or a reply to my emails asking when he’s planning to start the work so now I have to start the process again. Poor show from Mitchell or a no show, as it would appear

Richard is capable of installing windows but we’ve had a bad general experience with him starting with leaving the work unfinished initially and is now ignoring us to avoid having to rectify the issues he’s left us with. We now have a door which scrapes and sticks to the frame whenever it Is opened or shut. I wouldn’t recommend using Premier Home Improvements.
