Excellent visit from Kevin and Phil yesterday to carry out maintenance work on our 14 Velux windows. They did a thorough job of cleaning and lubricating the hinges and mechanisms, and solved issues we had opening a couple of the windows. They were polite, informative and left everything in perfect shape. And very good value for money. Highly recommended.

I have been a plasterer for 15 years working within domestic and commercial properties undertaking all aspects typically associated with plastering i.e boarding, skimming, re-skims over artex, dot and dab, repair work to old plaster, and more. I take much pride in my quality of work and put lots of effort into ensuring all jobs are carried out to a high standard and with the least amount of disruption to the home owner. First, Daniel came and spent nearly an hour with me while I explained what I needed. He gave me an estimate. Then made an appointment to start the work a week later. He and Steve worked extremely hard, did everything that I asked, cleared up impeccably, and finished on budget. They were courteous and helpful and I will happily recommend them.

David removed a chimney stack and supported with gallow brackets in the loft. He was always on time, tidied up after himself and communicated during the process. The job was signed off by the council who David liaised with to ensure the work was carried out as required. Won't hesitate to use David again for future work.

Premrend strengthened beams in my loft, built a stud wall and removed a brick wall then re-plastered two ceilings with coving. I would definitely recommend them, Mack and his team worked hard and did a first class job, cleaning up as they went along working in conjunction with my wishes. A good firm.
