He worked carefully around new fitted furniture and was respectful to our property eg mixing plaster outside and changing footwear to go upstairs. I really couldn't have asked for a better tradesman. I needed a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, d/s toilet and a laundry room tiling. Most floors and walls and all with either porcelain tiles or granite. This was a huge job as part of a major extension. Not only did Matt provide an excellent quality service and a great value, but flexibility and adaptability to work around other tradesman, responding quickly to changes in schedules and delays. Absolutely highly recommended and will use again for sure.
