We hired ES Electrical to fit our new Kitchen and also added a toilet and shower unit downstairs. The job revealed some extra work was needed but the changes were all discussed and agreed without pressure before being implemented and James was able to bring in extra team members whilst on site so the work was completed in a timely fashion. NOT RECOMMENDED - Extremely disappointing experience. I posted an insurance-related job on 3 August 2025 with a clear two-week deadline to repair a severely damaged kitchen ceiling. Lee from L P Projects Ltd initially responded, but arranging a site visit was unnecessarily complicated. Despite securing the morning appointment he requested, he cancelled without notice and never followed up. No explanation, no rescheduling, and no quote provided. This lack of professionalism wasted valuable time.
