Once they started the work, Owen and his team were superb. Really personable, professional and tidied up as they finished work each day. Owen kept me in the loop and turned up as planned. From the fully detailed quote, to advising on any pricing changes and providing some extra plastering work - got to say everything was managed smoothly and transparently, and the one hiccup over the roof tiles was put right quickly.
