One to be careful with is the electrician Ben. The work seems alright, but his advise left us with excessive lighting in Kitchen and sitting room and our decision against TV sockets in ALL rooms was interpreted as NO TV and phone socket at all, which then later had to be added at extra cost and left the choice of suppliers limited. His crew also did the plumbing and the bathroom installation and the later was not done to the general standard of U&U constructions work.

A professional, friendly and efficient fitter. Would thoroughly recommend. Very helpful when dealing with the issues caused by Wren (nice kitchen but delivered wrong pieces). Genti knew exactly what to do and flexed around this.

Very professional. Arrived on time, immediately started putting down floor protection from the front door right the way through to the studio room. Said what time they would be finished and actually finished a little early. Did a good job of cleaning up after. And as for the plastering, it’s some of the best I’ve seen! Absolutely fantastic. I would thoroughly recommend them, and would use them again in a heartbeat!

Stanley & his team originally came on board to build us a new rear extension which would house our kitchen as well as fit a new bathroom but as the project developed it ended up being near enough an entire house renovation and we're thrilled with the results. We still have work we would like to do to the outside of the house as well as a loft conversion and when we have enough money to take on those projects, we would definitely re-hire Stanley and his team. Highly recommend Stanley & his team.

They were really professional compared to the other builders that came and contacted me. The Project Manager was also on hand to answer any questions I had and offered me adviced on how best to move forward. We ended up refurbishing our entire bathroom which is looking great now. I would highly recommend London Builders.

I originally wanted the front of a terraced house rendered to which bobby came round and we had a chat. In the end I asked him to look at another one of my houses which we have since gone ahead with and had rendered. Stuck to the price quoted and answered every question I threw at him with in depth knowledge! The work carried out itself I cannot fault, it is absolutely immaculate. Couldn't of asked for anyone better to do the work! 10/10 for every aspect from start to finish, would definitely recommend.

Flavius is an excellent builder - and his team are quick, efficient and professional. Apart from that, I want to say as someone who was completely new to building projects, Flavius was extremely helpful in advising me (as I had no project manager/architect overseeing things) and made the whole process so much better. I am entirely delighted with the resulting space - it is a total transformation! - happy to recommend Flavius and his team to anyone. On time, on budget and an excellent result. 5 stars.

Andreas & Vladimiros quoted me exactly as I estimated for my toilet and bathroom jobs. Despite cheaper quotes, I trusted this father-son duo—they reminded me of my own dad. I supplied materials; they did the labor flawlessly. They worked tirelessly, always smiling, skipping breaks. It was a pleasure working with them. I highly recommend these top tradesmen and will definitely hire them for future projects. Ignore any low ratings—they don’t reflect their quality.

The job was quoted and completed on the same day. I did have another quote that was a little less, however the timing was urgent and tile searching took too long. Neli did the job the same day and to be honest the larger tiles work better than smaller ones.

Although seemingly very professional initially, arrived on time to quote, supplied a reasonable price, agreed time and date to commence work. Unfortunately week 1 failed to show, lame excuse ‘ van issues’ possible of course, week 2, failed to show again, no excuse, no response to phone calls, didn’t have the courtesy to return calls or convey reason for failing to attend, rude, so I can’t comment on the standard of his work but if it’s as poor as his customer service then avoid this electrian

Inder did a very good job of upgrading our upstairs bathroom and installing a toilet downstairs. He worked tirelessly and was very punctual. Great on communication too!
