Shane was really helpful in giving us different ideas of what we could have with our windows, fascia and soffets. The price he quoted was far better than other companies and the work was done on time. He also did the little extras that would not normally get done. Excellent plasterer and renovator. Years of experience in all aspects of building works. Confident and competent to transform any property. Passion for gardening/maintenance of properties inside and out.To me the first impression is a lasting impression. Most small jobs can be estimated via pictures makes life simpler for most working people. 50% of the job as a deposit to secure a job and 50% when finishing Is usually expected.
