Cannot recommend highly enough. The work was finished to a really high standard. They were really adaptable when the tiles we had ordered failed to arrive on time. They adjusted their plans and worked really hard to get the work done on time, without compromising on the quality of the finish. They were also really considerate of working around young children, and were very patient with little interruptions from a fascinated six year old!

I needed some help with my shower as water was leaking down through to kitchen. Two lovely trustworthy and polite gentlemen. Gave me best value options for the job and completed to a very high standard. Also did a few other bits like replacing missing tiles and making my cracked ceiling look new again. Very tidy and took their time to finish job. I have a nice bathroom again. Thank u!! Will definately use again and will be recommending to friends and family! Very reliable and good value for money.

Vasile layered floor tiles in our kitchen and we are very happy with the work he did.Our kitchen floor wasn't ideal but he did an excellent job in leveling up the floor.

They were really professional compared to the other builders that came and contacted me. The Project Manager was also on hand to answer any questions I had and offered me adviced on how best to move forward. We ended up refurbishing our entire bathroom which is looking great now. I would highly recommend London Builders.

Came along quickly to complete the job, which we are very pleased with. In fact he managed to get the job done quicker than expected. The nice smooth ceilings look so much better than the previous silk painted artex, and a difficult job was made easy with his expertese. We will be using him again to do the other ceilings in the near future. The price was reasonable and he was pleasant and polite.

Mark kindly undertook this relatively small rendering job. He arrived when he said he would on the two mornings; quoted fairly (reducing the price when the job was, in the end, smaller); cleared up and cleaned up afterwards - all in all highly recommended, I would certainly call him again. Ran was absolutely amazing. He was extremely knowledgeable, advised us on the right thing for the job, and did a fantastic job of painting the house and it looks brand new! Ran is also a lovely person and I trusted him explicitly. He got the job done really quickly and ensured we weren't put out by having a clear plan of which rooms to do when! I would absolutely hire Ran again and will be recommending him to all my friends.

This was one of those jobs that had various problems from the start. Having said that SMS did put them all right without complaint. The quote given for the clearing of the site AND the complete redesign was excellent. The original deadline was missed by a long way primarily due to misjudging the anomalies of the site (eg the underlying concrete was a lot thicker than anticipated). SMS were slow in clearing the site after the work was done - it took almost three weeks before the last of the rubble and debris were moved. Overall, I am pleased with the work done and the final result and would be prepared to use them again.
