1. Turned up 1.5 hours late to my property. Didn’t even have the courtesy to call until 1 hour had passed. 2. Didn’t have the right tools to complete the job. Took one look at it, banged a hammer a few times, and said it can’t be done (for the record - the job was subsequently completed in about 20 minutes by a proper tradesman) 3. I have no issue with the work they did, but they should routinely carry cleaning equipment such as brooms, dustpan and brush and a vacuum cleaner. They should not need to use mine, or ask me for a bucket to mix up plaster in. Finally they really should take their rubbish away or tell their clients the price does not include rubbish removal. Putting it in my neighbour’s bin and on my garden is unacceptable.

Richmond fitted three lights in the kitchen and living room which was good, He also fitted my gas oven but he didn’t do what I asked him to do which was to change plug socket to a 15amp and oven plug instead he just changed the plug to a 13amp. This can burn out the one in the long run ( my father who is an electrical engineer graduated with masters degree from Imperial College London) I still have not used the oven and bought an air fryer because of this. Richmond also didn’t complete the job…..
