We respond to call outs promptly and can provide expert advice. Some companies may charge a call out fee, however at dynalec we do not! There are no hidden charges and our hourly rate would not start until we got to the job. Our engineers are friendly, clean and tidy and will work to suit the customer's needs. We are very flexible and happy to work around you. Remember- an emergency is an emergency. Therefore once notified, we will send out an engineer to your home or business as soon as possible and neutralize any risk of injury or damage to you and/or your property. RAW did not get as far as doing the work I needed. I felt he was too pushy which made me feel under pressure to give him the work. I lost confidence that his priority was not a satisfied customer (and perhaps not a job well done) but obtaining the work.

Nice friendly guy, came round to look at the job, arranged to come back to fix the wall. I rang the day before to confirm he was coming but he said he Wouldn't be able to fix the wall (ever!!) as his truck had broken down.

Didnt turn up to quote twice. Then only wanted to do the part of the job not requiring planning approval. Tried to talk me into getting the work done then putting in the drop kerb at a later date (pointless as I still wouldnt have any legal access to the drive!) not that I had any confidence in him returning to do the 2nd part anyway. Would not hire this company.
