He made a very challenging job look easy and did some extra things for me that weren’t included in the quote, without charging extra. Sam Roberts was extremely curteous and very professional. He recently carried out an electrical installations condition check at one of our properties. As a result of the check, some work was needed. He did this work very efficiently and for a reasonable price. His van broke down on first assigned day of the work. He let me know of this very early on the day and he was very apologatic about it.
