I would call these people 1st no matter what. I had mother's house cleared out from top to bottom. Sent me videos of after the clearance was complete and so cheap your fall off your chair. The team of three turned up on time, three lovely and polite gentlemen. They worked really hard and cleaned the house from top to bottom. I must admit it was a gruelling task, as the house, I'm ashamed to say, had not been vacuumed or dusted for 6 months, due to my total hip replacement.
