Hi, thanks for looking at my profile. My name is Paz. I have been in the building trade for 25 years. I started practicing in 1997 with my dad meanwhile I was studying. I built up so many houses from scratch to finish with full inside refurbishment. I have lovely friends who I work with, if job is bigger then my capacity. I do bathrooms, kitchen, flooring, windows and much more as inside refurbishment or outside decorating. He came when he said he would come, which was a good start. My job was bigger than we first thought, but he completed the additional work on a second visit at an agreed pro-rata price. We are going to use him for further work. (He is also a nice chap)

Agreed a price and before doing the job already trying to renegotiate the price up another £50. Turned up 30mins late. Then tried to say the load was more than picture and video. In fact was less as emptied bags into garden waste bin. Tried to renegotiate the price up £50 again, already had half a load in their van. Finally filled their van up. Left a load of rubbish in the front garden including glass that they smashed up and tried to hide. Just had to pick it up as have a dog and young children. Licence??
