I posted this job on Rated People on Saturday Feb 8th and the first response was from Paul and he came around to assess the job the following day. Competitive price agreed and date agreed for the work. Paul is polite and has good experience and great integrity. Work completed Feb 13th as agreed. Very pleased with experience. This Builder has incurred us losses over £40k and any works carried out by him were of the worst quality. We paid him over £120k and then he disappeared when the works needed finishing. We had to sell our house and were left to rent in order to finish the works. We have high levels of debt due to him.

Peter was always on time and he worked really hard to make sure he did an excellent job. He is trustworthy and went over and above to make sure the job was completed on time. Very reasonably priced. I would recommend Peter.

Very good job with guttering and drainpipe chimney made safe facia at front changed and looking good and also pointing on wall and ridge tiles .very tidy and helpful

Very pleasant lads. Came at the appointed time. Price quoted was the price charged. Did an excellent job. Cleaned up after themselves. Would recommend them and will be using them again.

Gareth removed our old flat garage roof and replaced with Firestone rubber (guaranteed) to a first class standard. He was very helpful and professional and advised us honestly on how best to solve our roofing problem. The job was completed within the estimated time and at the cost we were quoted and we are both extremely happy with the finished product. Gareth was very polite and friendly and we would highly recommend him. We will definitely be using him again.

I employed Marc and Paul to build a large extension to my home, which involved a large garage conversion, with first floor extension. Having heard so many horror stories about builders, I was anxious, however Paul and his team did a fantastic job, within the agreed budget, and within the agreed timescale. They worked extremely hard, and started promptly at 8am each day. The standard of work carried out was excellent. At all times they were polite, tidy and did everything possible to complete the job on time. I think they really set the benchmark for good builders, and I would highly recommend them for any kind of building work.

I've only got good things to say about Andy & Jed, the attic conversion they did is 1st class. They gave honest professional advice, were relaible and punctual and carried out the work to a high standard. All at fantastic value for money. I would recommend them to anyone.

Joe and his team were very friendly and professional. Joe himself oversaw his team and made sure he kept up his end and was tidy along the way. Can’t recommend enough. He also facilitated extra work that was not initially agreed and still kept a very timing on the additional work.

Hi, I do apologise but I only knew the gentleman as Tak, from Bolton. He was the first person to offer the help that we needed, in the Man & Van trade. Nothing was too much for this man. His expertise with our property move was invaluable. Even coming from Bolton to Warrington twice to collect items, and again with the move. A very pleasant gentleman, who charged a very fair price.
