I’m revising my original 5-star review after the repair failed 6 months later. While I got a prompt response to my initial warranty request, a fortnight was then wasted where my suggestions for dates went unanswered and an appointment was finally set only to get cancelled on the day. A request to specify a time for a new appointment has likewise been ignored. After 3 weeks without a bathroom light, I’m now paying for a repair with a new contractor rather than continue chasing such unreliable service.

We had our porch done by Lab Development. I’ve always wanted the extra space. Thanks again for putting in the hard work and ensuring high quality. Adam and Louis explained what would be done, and they did a really great job. There were a few hiccups during the job, such as some of their colleagues being off sick and a delayed finish, but we were in no rush for the job to be completed. Adam always communicated with me for updates. It was tidied and cleaned after everything was finished. I highly recommend.

Daniel has done an amazing job in transforming my bedroom with his work of art. The attention to detail is absolutely stunning. Even some last minute additions to the room were not a problem. All of this at a very reasonable price. Family and friends have complimented a lot as well. Very punctual, very friendly and professional. Graham did a very professional job in solving a tricky problem with water seeping into the garage. He turned up as promised, and kept me informed at all stages of the job. He did an extremely good job and left the area clean and tidy. I would have no hesitation in recommending him in the future.
