Jim responded promptly to job request & arranged to come out on a Sunday. He got to work diagnosing the problem with the hot water timer unit and boiler. This had been not been properly installed previously and another Electrican had failed to fix Consequently the flat had not had access to full hot water for a few years However Jim’s persistence paid off and his experience and skills fixed the problem. Absolutely brilliant job. Can’t recommend them enough. Gave me a fair quote then when they pulled the shower out there was a lot of water damage but only charged a little bit more and not only that they fixed a lot of little things in my flat at no extra cost. Great service, and communication all along the way. Extremely professional, but still made sure he was doing what I wanted and not would be easier for him, consulting me at each decision. Kevin came with his apprentice,, and made sure that he was teaching Robbie both the technical skills but also the soft skills that will see him well in the future. Excellent service, came out very quick to quote for some ridge pointing, removing an old flue pipe, and replacing dodgy gasket on soil vent, also noted some extra cracked tiles and replaced at a fairly reasonable price, came back a couple of times to finish the job after ordering the right tiles, good professional service.
