We hired Neil to plaster our lounge. Unfortunately he has left us with an uneven ceiling and at the time of payment it was difficult to see the finished job whilst the plaster was wet. We had a painter and decorator out to finish our room and he remarked about the finish. We phoned Neil and he did return, he also agreed the job was not up to standard. He offered to re do the room, however the painter had finished the room, so we asked Neil for a partial refund. After many phone calls this has not happened.

We carry out full bathroom suites and shower cubicles. Also all domestic plumbing including soil re alignment and kitchen sinks and taps. All work undertaken with public liability.

He is open to discussion and happy to adjust his initial plans, while doing the job, as he discovered the problem which saved on me doing a very expensive but unnecessary extra re-building work to fix my shower room.
