Bogumil was very efficient, he responded quickly to my advert of laying laminate flooring. He undertook the work the next day and done a great job. Clean and tidy, and was happy to get on with the job, he didn't even stop for a cup of tea. I'll be sure to use his services again.

Roger is a really nice guy who works very hard on a job! He responds quickly to messages, turns up on time and cleans after each job. He's completed two jobs for us to a high standard, and we will be asking him to come back for the other bits we need doing. Highly recommend.

Very happy with tradesman. Fixed toilet seat and radiator. Very patience with me although I ordered the wrong radiator valve! Tidied up afterwards and disposed of radiator.

Remus and Ionut were outstanding! In under two weeks, they refurbished two bathrooms, fitted a kitchen island, built wardrobes, installed appliances, painted, and more, always with a smile and no excuses. The firm were professional, friendly and efficient, cared about their customers and cleaned up at the end of each day's work. Another bonus was I could trust them with the keys to the house to get on with the work without me around. Also the only firm that took the trouble to research what was new on the market and the feasibility of a replacement back boiler which better suited my needs than a combi boiler. Extremely reasonable in costs I would recommend them to anyone

We hired Shaun to re-plumb and re-tile our bathroom after previous builders had botched the job and left it in a terrible state. It was a complicated job but Shaun was brilliant, tackling all unexpected problems calmly, putting in long days and offering useful advice the whole way along. He cleared up after himself everyday, caused us minimal disruption and finished on time regardless of setbacks. The bathroom looks fantastic and we'll be asking Shaun back to do the kitchen. A great plumber and a real gent.

Did an excellent job of rendering the raised plant beds - even though it took slightly longer than anticipated due to weather conditions I was kept informed and the work came in as per budget. Would highly recommend for similiar work.

Jonathan is a true professional and reliable guy, together with his partner James installed a new Worcester Bosch boiler, relocated a radiator and power flushed the system. Jonathan explained in great detail how the system worked and carried out the necessary testing and monitoring. I would definitely not hesitate to recommend That Extra Mile to others and would be calling on their services in the future.

This guy is brilliant. Very friendly, arrived on time and produced quality work. Hardworking and had the job completed in one day. Very good value for money, its affordable and the quality is brilliant. I would definately recommend this guy. :)
