Miles helped at such short notice and as my Mum is 97, he agreed to come on Sunday to fix her lighting so she’d be safe. He told us his call-out and hourly rate, messaged when he was a bit delayed, and diagnosed fault and fixed it . He explained everything and was very tidy, no mess at all. Would recommend him highly, cost was v reasonable and was very glad to find him.

Just used Heatwize to fit a new boiler in my Father-in laws house and found them to be very competitively priced, professional and helpful. I live 250 miles away in Essex but Ian kept me well informed and despite a few extra bits that needed doing i was not charged any added extras. A fantastic and trustworthy plumber. Went out of his way to ensure the end result was that of a highly professional standard. Additionally, Stuart was able to explain how the shower likely broke and backed it up with visual evidence (ie opened up the shower parts and pointed out the faults). I couldn't fault the job he did.

Steve checked the boiler for the source of the leak. Then he checked the availability and price of the offending part; but feeling it was too expensive for what it was he advised that he would effect a repair, which he did. Knowing how much the cost of the part was and how much Steve actually charged me I can tell you this is a genuine person who is not out to rip you off. And on top of that he's a nice fella, He takes one sugar in his coffee.
