Norman and the guys turned up ready to work last Saturday morning and it was not long before they had the system drained and the old thermal store removed. They then began the complicated task of plumbing in an unvented hot water cylinder into the existing circuit. When they finished they diligently cleaned up and made sure everything was polished. I would highly recommend this firm even for the most complicated work required. THANKS GUYS.

Jon said he would be on site 0800 Tuesday and that the job would take two days. I wait in for him, he then advises at 08:47 on that he wont be there but promises to be there 0800 Wednesday. Arrives 09:45 Wednesday. I arranged access for him and was at work on Thursday and didn’t realise until he messaged me at 15:24 that he hasn’t turned into work again, can he come back on Saturday. Messages at 05:28 on Saturday saying he can’t come in but can do tomorrow (Sunday). Messed us around. Won’t use again.

Lee in fact did not turn up again and did not do any of the work quoted or promised. Tried calling and eventually his partner answered, who was apologetic but could not contact him either.

They did a great job, on the whole with a tight budget. They turned up on time and worked hard. The only thing I would say is that they overestimated the labour time, hence I wasn't sure how much I paid for the materials and how much I paid for labour. A minor quibble really, they did a very good job and I would definitely recommend them.

Would recommend Wrightlines. Demolished/disposed of a shed. Worked efficiently and tidied up afterwards. Also did an extra job of replacing an outside tap.

No Tops Tiles representative has visited my property. I can also confirm via an independent civil engineering survey the floor is not moving. The under floor heating has never worked, the electrician utilised by Mr Williams has identified a break in the circuit which happened during the laying of the tiles. I have video evidence of the leaks should anyone which to see it. I would not allow Mr Williams back into my property due his lack of ability to rectify the problems he created.

Spoke with the cust and when the job was done he was pleased and they noticed issues a day or so after. Could not get in touch with Emanuel so he could come back and rectify the issues but could not get through message stated phone not in use. i tried and left a vm then had to send an email. Emanuel did call the cust and went out , the cust is pleased with his job that was done last night but is still upset about what it's took to get the fitter back 3 star rating
