A quick, efficient and friendly set of guys. I had them in to clean and paint my mums fence, and then she asked them to do some jet washing and further painting around the garage. Not great..we booked appointment for past Friday,he was late for the appointment,i texted to see if still going ahead,he replied back that got stuck with another job, rescheduled for yesterday and he never showed up..not good

To cut a long story short as I can't fit it in, he came around 9.20am, had a cup of tea, chatted then left at 10.10am to get materials and another tool. He eventually arrived back at 2.30pm, I said we thought he wasn't coming back he lost the plot. He was very unprofessional and verbally aggressive, telling me I was disrespectful and ungrateful and much more. My husband and my sister heard him too. Well, I'm a paying customer so you were most definitely the disrespectful and ungrateful one

Great communication from first minute. Took time to understand the situation (even if I didn't!) and gave me sound advice as to what was required. Turned up as agreed and completed the job, even doing a bit more than he had to so that i could get on. I gave him a wee challenge with drilling into tiles i didn't know were there, but Paul was decent and didn't complain. Just means I now know what's required when I change the bathroom next year... Recommended and will definitely utilise his services again.
