Parsa and the team were quick to discuss the job and come to do the work. However, there was miscommunication between Parsa and the team member doing the job (eg height of tiles). Furthermore, the reason for the one star review is that the job was poorly executed. Backing board was not used for part of the work, and was not fixed elsewhere. Within three days, edge tiles came off and bowing of countertop tiles was visible. Parsa did not reply to follow up communication. Paid another tiler to redo the job.
Really can’t fault Trojan, from the initial quote we felt comfortable that Nick understood what we needed. The initial quote escalated and nothing was too much trouble. We now have a home to be proud of and can’t thank Trojan enough for everything they have done.

Other jobs we regularly complete include full loft Conversions and replacement of old roof windows due to them becoming drafty or if they have been fitted for 25 years and over and need a upgrade. We were quoted for 3 jobs only one of which has been fully completed with 1 not done and 2 done to a not great standard and with out all of the waste being removed (which was part of the quote). Said they would be starting at 11 but didn’t arrive until gone 1pm which made things difficult for us. No pictures sent on completion despite this being offered by them and no response to our attempts to get in touch to rectify the work that has not been completed. A disappointing experience unfortunately.
