A quick, efficient and friendly set of guys. I had them in to clean and paint my mums fence, and then she asked them to do some jet washing and further painting around the garage. James and team came one day to give a quote and were back the very next day. My large garden was looking more like an overgrown meadow when they started and was unuseable. They worked extremely hard all day in the heat and its looking amazing now. Looking forward to getting out there this weekend. Came to our house to quote for job. Gave a good price so text him back on the Thursday to go ahead with the job. It is now Monday night and still no confirmation. Very poor
Very courteous and professional. Turned up on time to both quote and on day of works. Carried out all works agreed and even planed a door that has never fitted.....thanks! Cleaned up ALL mess after work and work was done to a high standard. Would defiantly recommend and would like to hire their services again someday.
Handyman, most aspects of work undertaken
Came to fit a new shower tray and enclosure 19/12 and fit a lintel over a fire which was done well.However the shower we found 2 days after, due to waiting for sealant to dry, is unusable as the water does not drain away and floods the floor, also the tiles they put on around the shower fell off the wall as they were not stuck on properly before grout. I had paid them the day the job was done .I asked Paul to rectify it and he said he would on 31/12,then didn't attend & told me to get another plumber !

Robert Heilds came to give me an estimate. He was clear about what was necessary and gave me a fixed price for the job. We agreed a date and time and when he was held up, he contacted me to let me know and attended as soon as he could. The job was completed as I expected and he told me to get in touch if I had any subsequent problems. No problems so fae!
We are an established company (although new to Rated People) we have been specialising in garden land scaping and fencing projects for over 10 years and in that time we have carried out numerous successful projects for many happy clients. Honesty, integrity and value for money is what we believe is our key quality.
In October, quoted £800 to level and turf 80 sqm. Left the soil to harden. He came in April and remeasured. This time, it magically increased to 96 sqm and wanted £960. After completing without any levelling, there was still an area left. When asked to lay the excess turf in the truck, said it is for another customer and left. When I measured the turfed area, it came to 81 sqm. Contacted him to return the 15 sqm, wants another £200. Now asking not to contact, so leaving this feedback. Untrustworthy workman.
