A quick, efficient and friendly set of guys. I had them in to clean and paint my mums fence, and then she asked them to do some jet washing and further painting around the garage. Very quick response to my initial post although identifying the probable source of the leak took some time. After I accepted their quotation for remediation there was quite a wait for the bathroom team to become available. When work started the team were knowledgeable, explaining the various issues that they encountered and offering sensible solutions. Two men came with your uniform on and carried out the job I have the full conversation and confirmation when you were on the way over to my house. Accountability goes a long way and is key in good customer service. I am very disappointed.
