Excellent communication and work!Took the time to explain potential problems and solutions before taking the job. Spent a lot of time helping us decide on what we wanted, organised ordering everything and even offered to be there when they were delivered. Most impressively for me was he was able to organise the whole job via messages at unusual times due to me being a shift worker and even worked weekends to limit the interruption in my life! Probably the best tradesman I've ever used! HIGHLY RECOMMEND????

He was most helpful in discussing options, worked very hard, and was a pleasure to work with. We are very satisfied with the end result - a great improvement. Tom responded quickly to our request for help with a leaking gutter and fascia board which needed fixing. He assessed the job, explained what had to be done, and provided a very competitive quote. Once we agreed to go ahead, Tom arranged to do the work within 2 days. Once the gutter and fascia had been fixed, Tom explained the work completed and how he'd tested it. Tom is a pleasure to deal with, highly recommended.

Pros: Fair and competitive pricing. Work scheduled on short notice and finished quicker than expected. On-site team was professional and courteous. Cons: Needed to follow up to get scaffolding removed. Warranty documents were delayed by over a month despite multiple chases. Gutters were not reinstalled properly causing leaks. Two repair attempts failed and I'm now waiting on a full replacement with no exact date confirmed as yet.
